Arthur's out for maybe upto six weeks, Cresswell not quite ready. Who is going to play Left back?
I guess either Byram or Arbeloa.

I always used to play left back but I was more injury prone than Andy Carroll and I'm getting on a bit.

Personally would go with:
Ogbonna - Reid - Collins - Arbeloa
but suspect as others have said it will be Nordveidt or Byram right, and Arbeloa left.
